Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Distribusi – Pengambilan Order to join our growing team in Madiun. This role focuses on the efficient distribution of food, beverage, and retail products to a diverse network of outlets, ranging from modern trade (GT) supermarkets to traditional markets and neighborhood convenience stores. The successful candidate will act as the frontline link between our warehouse and the end‑customer, ensuring product availability, accurate invoicing, and strong relationships with shop owners.

Operating six days a week, you will follow a structured Journey Plan, monitor stock levels, and support the company’s revenue cycle by managing accounts receivable and daily reporting. If you have at least two years of hands‑on experience in distribution sales, a valid motorcycle license (SIM C), and a passion for delivering results in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full distribution cycle by delivering products to assigned outlets according to the weekly Journey Plan.
  • Conduct regular outlet visits to verify inventory levels, collect orders, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor on‑hand stock at each location, promptly reporting low‑stock situations to the logistics team.
  • Maintain accurate accounts receivable records, issue invoices, and follow up on payments before due dates.
  • Prepare and submit detailed daily activity reports covering deliveries, sales figures, and any issues encountered on the route.
  • Analyze competitor activity in the field, providing actionable insights to the sales manager for pricing and promotional adjustments.
  • Negotiate price and promotional terms with store owners while safeguarding margin targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to roll out new product launches and in‑store promotions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (SLTA).
  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a sales distributor in the food, beverage, or retail sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage GT channels, traditional markets, and convenience stores (toko kelontong).
  • Possession of a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Willingness to work six days per week (Monday‑Saturday) with standard hours of 08:00‑17:00.
  • Strong analytical skills for competitor and sales analysis.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
  • High level of personal organization, time‑management, and self‑motivation.
