Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against purchase orders and documentation.
- Organize and store goods in designated locations using proper stacking and labeling techniques to maximize space utilization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders for delivery, adhering to quality standards and shipping schedules.
- Perform regular inventory counts, reconcile discrepancies, and update the warehouse management system promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment by following company safety protocols and conducting routine equipment inspections.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, operating pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material‑handling equipment.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, resolve transportation issues, and communicate any delays to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and file shipping documents, including bills of lading, customs forms, and delivery receipts.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and participating in lean‑warehouse projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal queries and external partner requests in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Honesty, quick‑thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with team members and external partners.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a diverse team; gender is not a restriction.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory software and email.
- Willingness to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Saturday.
