Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our frontline operations team as Crew Service – Spesialis Operasional Frontline. This position is based in Jember and offers a dynamic environment where teamwork, integrity, and a willingness to learn are highly valued. As a key member of our service crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting the overall efficiency of our store management system.
The role is full‑time, Monday through Saturday, with working hours from 08:00 to 17:00. Ideal candidates are honest, responsible, and possess a strong work ethic. While prior experience in a similar role is advantageous, we also welcome motivated newcomers who are eager to develop their skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide front‑line assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Operate and maintain the store’s management system, accurately processing sales, returns, and inventory updates.
- Monitor and restock product displays, keeping the sales floor organized and visually appealing.
- Assist in daily opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, reconciliation, and security checks.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve any operational issues that arise during the shift.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions and briefings to stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge, promotional offers, and company policies.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends, inventory concerns, and process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Resident of Jember or willing to relocate to Jember.

- Flexibility to work a consistent schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Basic proficiency with retail management software or a willingness to learn.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
