Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and polished Waitstaff (Waiter / Waitress) to join our premium dining team, delivering world‑class food and beverage service to discerning guests. As the face of our restaurant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping memorable dining experiences that reflect the high standards of our fine‑dining brand. Responsibilities

  • Guest Reception: Warmly greet guests, escort them to their tables, present menus, and provide thoughtful recommendations based on individual preferences.
  • Order Accuracy: Record orders precisely, repeat them for confirmation, and enter them into the POS system without error.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in‑depth understanding of our menu, especially premium cuts of beef such as Wagyu, cooking temperatures, and table‑side preparations, enabling you to answer guest inquiries confidently.
  • Fine‑Dining Service: Serve dishes and beverages following the strict protocols of fine‑dining etiquette, ensuring timing, temperature, and presentation meet our luxury standards.
  • Sanitation & Cleanliness: Maintain immaculate dining areas, tablescapes, and service stations, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Upselling & Suggestive Selling: Proactively suggest complementary drinks, appetizers, and desserts to enhance the guest experience and drive incremental revenue.
  • Team Coordination: Communicate clearly with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to guarantee that orders are prepared and delivered promptly and accurately.
  • Problem Solving: Address guest concerns swiftly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive outcomes.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in regular training sessions on menu updates, service techniques, and language skills to stay ahead in a competitive hospitality market.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preferably a diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management.
  • Age: No upper limit, but candidates should be under 28 years for this particular posting.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Professional experience: At least 1‑2 years in a similar role, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in Japanese cuisine, steakhouse, or other fine‑dining establishments.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal appearance consistent with hotel‑industry standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to read guests’ cues and adapt service style accordingly.
  • Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings (14:00‑23:00) and weekends (Monday‑Sunday).
