Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Counter Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers visiting our sales counter, providing product information, handling transactions, and promoting our portfolio of housing and insurance solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers at the sales counter, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
  • Provide detailed explanations of housing and insurance products, tailoring recommendations to each client’s needs.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain up‑to‑date sales records.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with prospective buyers, following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and underwriting teams to stay informed about new product launches, promotional offers, and policy updates.
  • Maintain a clean and organized counter display, ensuring marketing materials, brochures, and product samples are always available.
  • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and present findings to management.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling, contributing to monthly sales targets and overall revenue growth.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Age range: 20–40 years.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the housing or insurance sectors.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a polished appearance, honesty, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and adapt to changing market conditions.
