Introduction
Artaboga, a leading distributor of consumer goods in the West Java region, is expanding its sales network in the Cianjur and Sukabumi areas. We are seeking enthusiastic and self‑motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Kanvasing Representatives. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy direct customer interaction, have a keen eye for product presentation, and are eager to contribute to the growth of a dynamic, fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
Responsibilities
- Execute daily sales routes to retail stores, kiosks, and independent outlets, ensuring full coverage of assigned territories.
- Introduce, demonstrate, and promote Artaboga’s product portfolio, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each customer.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with shop owners and key decision‑makers to secure repeat business.
- Monitor inventory levels on‑site, arrange timely restocking, and report any discrepancies to the logistics team.
- Accurately record sales transactions, update the mobile sales system, and prepare daily activity reports for the regional manager.
- Communicate upcoming promotions, price changes, and new product launches, ensuring that promotional materials are displayed correctly.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging product shelves, signage, and point‑of‑sale displays according to corporate guidelines.
- Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, recommend product assortments, and achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and share market intelligence with the broader sales team.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Open to candidates of any age and gender; no age limit imposed.
- No prior sales experience required; fresh graduates and career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and new product lines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate sales administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Basic numeracy for handling cash, calculating discounts, and completing sales reports.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned routes (Cianjur & Sukabumi).
- Self‑discipline to work independently while adhering to a structured schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑17:00).
