Responsibilities
- Direct Sales Outreach: Conduct door‑to‑door visits and target strategic locations such as residential complexes, co‑working spaces, and small businesses to present our Wi‑Fi packages.
- Product Presentations: Deliver clear, compelling demos that highlight speed, coverage, pricing tiers, and value‑added services such as parental controls and network security.
- Prospect Identification: Research and qualify new leads using local market data, community events, and referral networks.
- Information Provision: Supply potential customers with accurate brochures, contracts, and technical specifications, answering all questions with confidence.
- Relationship Management: Build long‑term rapport with existing clients, schedule follow‑ups, and encourage upgrades or additional service bundles.
- Data Management & Reporting: Record daily activities, update the CRM system, analyze sales metrics, and prepare weekly performance reports for management.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Liaise with operations, technical support, and HR teams to ensure seamless installation and post‑sale service delivery.
- After‑Sales Support: Provide on‑site assistance, troubleshoot basic connectivity issues, and guide customers through the activation process to guarantee satisfaction.
- Market Feedback: Gather customer insights and competitor observations, feeding them back to product and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 40 years old.
- Open to all genders.
- No prior sales experience required; however, a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales career is essential.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to present technical concepts in simple, customer‑friendly language.
- Self‑motivation, resilience, and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Basic proficiency with mobile devices and familiarity with CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with internal departments.
- Flexibility to work Tuesday through Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional weekend outreach.
