Introduction

Artaboga, a leading Indonesian snack manufacturer renowned for its innovative and high‑quality makanan ringan, is expanding its sales force in the Bogor region. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Sales Kanvasing professionals to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Kanvasing (Motorist) you will be the face of Artaboga, directly delivering our products to retailers and end‑consumers while building lasting relationships that drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily sales routes to convenience stores, mini‑markets, kiosks, and direct customers across Bogor and surrounding districts.
  • Present, demonstrate, and promote Artaboga’s snack portfolio, emphasizing new product launches and seasonal promotions.
  • Maintain optimal product shelf‑presentation, ensuring packaging integrity, correct pricing, and compliance with corporate visual standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels on‑hand, replenish stock as needed, and report any discrepancies to the regional supervisor.
  • Record each transaction accurately, submit daily sales reports, and update the mobile CRM system with customer feedback and ordering trends.
  • Identify upselling opportunities, negotiate order quantities, and strive to exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Gather market intelligence—competitor activity, pricing changes, and consumer preferences—and relay insights to the marketing team.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, handling minor complaints, and ensuring timely delivery of orders.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions, product tastings, and promotional events organized by Artaboga.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
  • Open to candidates of any gender and age; no upper age limit.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
  • Quick adaptation to changing routes, product assortments, and promotional calendars.
  • Basic administrative capability—accurate note‑taking, report generation, and familiarity with mobile data entry.
  • Valid driver’s license and personal motorbike in good working condition.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently on the road.
  • Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and maintain confidentiality of sales data.
