Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Properti professional to join our expanding real‑estate team in Purwokerto and several other strategic locations across Indonesia. This role offers a unique blend of traditional field sales and modern digital marketing, allowing you to leverage social media platforms, build lasting client relationships, and drive revenue growth in a fast‑moving property market.

The ideal candidate is a motivated male professional under 35 years of age, with at least one year of proven experience in property sales. You will be expected to combine strong public‑speaking abilities with a data‑oriented mindset, consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets while upholding the highest standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and present property products to prospective customers through both online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, marketplace sites) and face‑to‑face interactions.
  • Generate and maintain a robust customer database by executing targeted advertising campaigns, open‑house events, canvassing, and B2B outreach initiatives.
  • Accompany and guide customers during site visits, providing detailed property information, answering questions, and addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Qualify and nurture leads supplied by the company, converting interest into concrete buying or selling transactions.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports that track lead generation, client engagements, sales pipelines, and overall performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in property sales or a related real‑estate role.
  • Proficiency in using major social media platforms—Facebook, Instagram, TikTok—as well as property listing sites and online marketplaces.
  • Excellent public speaking and persuasive communication skills, capable of presenting complex property details in a clear, engaging manner.
  • Strong sales mindset with a proven ability to work under target‑driven systems and meet or exceed quotas.
  • Male candidates only, aged 35 or younger.
  • Willingness to work in any of the following locations: Purwokerto, Wonosobo, Semarang, Malang, Bogor, or Bali.
  • Key soft skills: analytical thinking, customer‑centric attitude, negotiation expertise, and the ability to build trust quickly.
