We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Team Leader Gudang Fresh Cibinong to oversee the daily operations of our fresh‑produce warehouse in Bogor. This pivotal role combines hands‑on leadership with strategic planning to ensure seamless inbound, outbound, inventory, and fleet activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem‑solver with a solid background in warehouse management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to motivate a diverse team under a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.
Responsibilities

TL Inbound
- Lead, coach, and supervise the inbound team to guarantee accurate receipt of fresh goods.
- Optimize storage occupancy and layout to maximize space utilization while preserving product quality.
- Resolve issues related to late deliveries, damaged items, or documentation discrepancies.
- Generate daily and weekly stock intake reports for senior management.

TL Outbound
- Direct the outbound team in order picking, packaging, and loading procedures.
- Coordinate replenishment cycles to meet order fulfillment targets.
- Troubleshoot stock‑record inconsistencies and ensure accurate dispatch documentation.
- Prepare outbound stock reports and performance dashboards.

TL Inventory
- Oversee inventory counts, cycle counts, and discrepancy investigations.
- Compile DCC (Daily Control Check) minutes and analytical reports to support decision‑making.
- Identify overstock or shortage situations and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain compliance with food‑safety standards and temperature controls.

TL Fleet
- Monitor driver schedules from arrival, pre‑cooling, loading, departure, to remote unloading at the hub.
- Coordinate with the Inventory Control Hub to resolve any arrival or unloading challenges.
- Create daily fleet dispatch reports and track key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery.
- Supervise adherence to SOPs regarding temperature ranges, loading/unloading times, and asset usage (e.g., cooler boxes, baskets).
- Log all operational issues, driver feedback, and asset conditions for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client).
- At least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in fresh‑food or beverage logistics.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to manage multi‑shift teams (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Willingness to work on public holidays and national holidays as required.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and inventory control tools.
- Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of safety and hygiene.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Gudang Bogor location.
