Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer who is passionate about vehicle financing and eager to deliver exceptional service both face‑to‑face and over the phone. Responsibilities

  • Promote and market vehicle financing products directly to potential customers and via telephone outreach.
  • Maintain and expand existing distribution channels, ensuring seamless collaboration with dealerships and partner agents.
  • Conduct thorough consumer surveys to assess needs, creditworthiness, and satisfaction levels.
  • Prepare and present financing proposals, explaining terms, conditions, and benefits clearly to prospects.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to Adira Finance’s compliance and risk‑management policies.
  • Coordinate with the credit and underwriting teams to accelerate application processing and approval cycles.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering long‑term relationships.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend product enhancements.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum D3/D4 diploma in any field; candidates from finance, business, or communications backgrounds are especially welcome.
  • Age: No upper limit, but candidates under 30 are preferred to align with the dynamic nature of the role.
  • Gender: Female candidates only, in accordance with the specific hiring policy for this location.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in vehicle financing or a related sales environment; fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are also encouraged to apply.
  • Core Skills: Proven sales management, target‑driven mindset, strong negotiation abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, high integrity, perseverance, meticulous attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with multifinance business processes, loan underwriting criteria, and local market dynamics.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, based at the Adira Finance office nearest to the candidate’s domicile.
