Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm smile, promptly acknowledge their needs, and guide them through our range of services.
- Conduct thorough inspections of pledged items, adhering strictly to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to verify authenticity and condition.
- Process pawn‑loan transactions—including new pledges, payments, extensions, and settlements—accurately and efficiently.
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment schedules, and any applicable fees in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
- Maintain meticulous records of each transaction in the company’s database, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities to cross‑sell complementary services such as short‑term credit or merchandise sales, enhancing customer value.
- Collaborate with inventory and security teams to manage the safe storage and retrieval of pledged assets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, escalating complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
- Continuously improve personal product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends, legal changes, and best practices.
- Uphold a clean, organized work environment that reflects the company’s professional image.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 29 years and 11 months.
- Height (minimum): Female 150 cm; Male 155 cm, with proportionate weight.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a university degree is a strong advantage.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, courteous demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Key personal traits: meticulous, diligent, resilient, honest, and disciplined.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy, especially during peak hours.
- Willingness to be placed in a location that aligns with the candidate’s domicile.
- Flexibility to work the schedule of 07:45 – 19:15, with days off to be confirmed during onboarding.
