Responsibilities

  • Proactively present and sell the company’s range of products to existing customers and prospect new accounts across the assigned territory.
  • Identify and qualify leads from distribution channels, gather initial data, and verify the accuracy of customer information.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation for customer orders, including credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, coordinate with the finance team, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers about payment terms, due dates, collection locations, and any additional information necessary to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system, tracking order status, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the distribution network to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and after‑sales support.
  • Provide regular market feedback to management, highlighting competitive activities, emerging trends, and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute to forecasting, and help set realistic targets for the region.
  • Uphold the company’s brand reputation by delivering exceptional service and adhering to ethical sales practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (all majors) or equivalent SMA/SMK diploma.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as stipulated by the posting).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar sales role; recent graduates may also be considered if they demonstrate strong potential.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively across a Monday‑Saturday schedule (08:00‑16:00).
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, B2C sales orientation, and a clear understanding of sales targets.
