Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive Olympiad‑level lesson plans that align with the latest competition syllabi.
- Conduct regular diagnostic assessments to identify each student’s strengths and areas for improvement.
- Provide individualized coaching sessions, focusing on problem‑solving techniques, proof writing, and experimental design.
- Organize mock examinations and practice contests to simulate real competition conditions.
- Collaborate with fellow subject specialists to develop interdisciplinary projects that integrate mathematics with physics, chemistry, or biology.
- Maintain detailed progress reports and communicate results to students, parents, and program coordinators.
- Stay current with Olympiad trends, new problem sets, and emerging pedagogical methods by attending workshops and conferences.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mathematics, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, or a related Science Education field.
- Ideal candidates possess a GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
- Age limit: 30 years or younger; all gender identities are welcome.
- Demonstrated ability to teach at an advanced level, preferably with prior experience in Olympiad preparation or competitive academic coaching.
- Strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of fostering student achievement.
