We are seeking a dynamic Eksekutif Penjualan Produk Yamaha to join our team at Sumbermas Motor Kramat Jati, an authorized Yamaha dealer renowned for delivering exceptional motorcycle experiences across the Jabodetabek region. Responsibilities
- Engage prospective customers through phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions to understand their mobility needs and recommend suitable Yamaha products.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test rides, highlighting key features, performance specifications, and financing options.
- Prepare and present tailored sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and Yamaha brand standards.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools, follow up consistently, and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the credit department to facilitate financing solutions, helping customers secure the best loan packages available in the Jabodetabek market.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, reporting results and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Participate in regular product training sessions and stay updated on the latest Yamaha model releases, technology upgrades, and industry trends.
- Provide after‑sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the dealership at local events, exhibitions, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
