We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) – Bondowoso Area to join our energetic team. The position is based in Bondowoso, with a work schedule of Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑16:00. Candidates who are passionate about sales, comfortable on the road, and eager to develop a career in FMCG are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Visit assigned retail outlets, supermarkets, and small‑scale stores within the Bondowoso territory to collect daily product orders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shop owners, managers, and key decision‑makers to ensure repeat business.
  • Accurately input orders into the company’s mobile sales application, verifying product SKUs, quantities, and pricing.
  • Provide on‑site product knowledge, promotional updates, and merchandising support to maximize shelf visibility.
  • Monitor stock levels at each outlet, report shortages, and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly order targets in line with the regional sales plan.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, identify market trends, and relay actionable insights to the sales supervisor.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, including order summaries, visit counts, and any issues encountered.
  • Participate in periodic training sessions and sales meetings to stay current on product launches and sales techniques.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, adhering to all safety and compliance standards while on the road.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector (direct sales, sales canvasser, or similar).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome provided they demonstrate strong motivation and communication skills.
  • Residence within or near the Bondowoso area with willingness to cover the designated territory.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C.
  • Proficient in using Android smartphones, GPS navigation, and sales reporting apps.
  • Excellent business communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Strong analytical mindset for competitive analysis and market opportunity identification.
  • High level of self‑discipline, time‑management, and commitment to achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining close coordination with the regional sales manager.
