Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) – Labuan Area to join our fast‑growing FMCG (Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods) team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing existing accounts, and ensuring that product orders are captured accurately and delivered on time within the Labuan region. This role offers a dynamic work environment where ambition, customer focus, and a strong work ethic are rewarded.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential retail and wholesale customers in the Labuan area to promote our product portfolio.
  • Take and process customer orders using handheld devices, ensuring all details are entered correctly into the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors, shop owners, and key decision‑makers.
  • Conduct regular market visits (minimum 5‑6 days per week) to monitor shelf placement, stock levels, and competitor activity.
  • Provide product knowledge, pricing information, and promotional support to customers.
  • Report daily sales activity, order status, and market insights to the regional sales manager.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the company.
  • Collect feedback from the field and relay product improvement ideas to the marketing team.
  • Maintain a clean and organized route plan, ensuring timely coverage of all assigned outlets.
  • Adhere to company policies on safety, vehicle usage, and professional conduct while on the road.

Requirements

  • Residency within or near the Labuan region and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience in the FMCG sector (direct sales, sales canvasser, or similar).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome provided they demonstrate strong motivation and a learning mindset.
  • Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C and ability to use it for daily route coverage.
  • Proficient in using Android smartphones, tablets, or other mobile gadgets for order entry and communication.
  • Excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to analyze competitor activity and suggest actionable strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Commitment to a full‑time schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
