Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Staf Penjualan dan Pelayanan di Outlet to join our dynamic retail team. This position is the front‑line face of our store, responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience while driving sales and maintaining operational excellence. The role is ideal for a young, energetic individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers, providing knowledgeable product information and personalized recommendations.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using our point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and mobile payments.
  • Maintain store presentation standards by organizing merchandise, restocking shelves, and ensuring attractive visual displays.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist with stock receiving and labeling.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene protocols, keeping the store clean, tidy, and safe for both staff and shoppers.
  • Participate in shift rotations, including weekend and evening shifts, and be prepared for rolling schedules as needed.
  • Utilize the store management system to record sales data, monitor product performance, and support promotional activities.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and self‑study.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Up to 32 years old.
  • Gender: Female (preferred) – open to all qualified candidates.
  • Religion: Muslim (as per store policy).
  • Honest, disciplined, and highly responsible with a strong work ethic.
  • Detail‑oriented, tidy, and able to maintain a clean workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, and adapt to a rolling schedule.
  • Basic proficiency with store management and POS systems.
