Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitizing of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities following the hotel’s standard operating procedures.
- Restock room amenities such as toiletries, linens, and minibar items, and report any inventory shortages to the supervisor.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning to ensure all tasks are completed to the hotel’s quality standards and document any maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the front‑desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room turnover times, special requests, and urgent cleaning needs.
- Handle waste disposal responsibly, adhering to environmental and safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping storage area, ensuring cleaning tools and chemicals are stored safely.
- Assist in deep‑cleaning projects, such as carpet shampooing, window washing, and seasonal refreshes, as scheduled.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests, responding promptly to inquiries or special cleaning requests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 or an SMK diploma in Hospitality Management; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 6 months of experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar housekeeping role is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
- Strong personal integrity: honesty, responsibility, and discipline are essential.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work a Monday‑Saturday schedule, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
