Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Distribusi Produk dan Layanan ITB. This role is essential for ensuring that our products and services reach customers efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate is a young male, aged between 20 and 30 years, who possesses a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent) and demonstrates a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and a positive attitude. Responsibilities
- Plan and execute daily distribution routes, ensuring timely delivery of ITB products and services to designated locations.
- Load, transport, and unload merchandise while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining product integrity.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures, timestamps, and any customer feedback.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, report any mechanical issues, and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely repairs.
- Communicate proactively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers to resolve any delivery challenges.
- Assist in inventory management by reporting stock discrepancies and assisting with replenishment tasks when necessary.
- Uphold company standards for professional appearance and conduct, representing the brand positively during all interactions.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, safety procedures, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline distribution processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Adhere to the established work schedule: Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, and be prepared for occasional overtime during peak periods.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
- Age: 20‑30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- Physical Fitness: Good physical health and mental well‑being to handle loading, unloading, and long periods of driving.
- Availability: Not currently enrolled in any academic program or employed elsewhere.
- Personal Qualities: Discipline, honesty, perseverance, and a strong work ethic.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing close to the workplace will be given priority.
- Communication Skills: Ability to speak clearly and interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Legal Requirements: Possession of a valid driver’s license (if a vehicle is provided) and clean driving record.
