Responsibilities

  • Promote Jotun products to retailers, contractors, and end‑users through in‑store displays, product demonstrations, and promotional events.
  • Maintain an organized inventory of promotional materials, sample kits, and marketing collateral to ensure availability for sales activities.
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products for their projects, providing technical guidance and answering product‑related questions.
  • Collect and record sales data, customer feedback, and market trends using basic computer applications and reporting tools.
  • Support the senior sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up on delivery status.
  • Monitor competitor activities and report insights that could influence future promotional strategies.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date on new product launches, application techniques, and safety standards.
  • Maintain a clean and attractive presentation area in stores, ensuring that all promotional signage complies with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute seasonal campaigns and special offers.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing any issues or concerns raised by customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Age range: 18‑25 years old.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations, especially for administrative tasks such as data entry and email communication.
  • Strong desire to learn and develop a career in sales and marketing.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a genuine passion for customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to convey product information clearly.
  • Open to candidates with little or no prior work experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, with a standard schedule of 08:00 – 17:00.
