The ideal candidate will have a solid background in both eyelash extension and nail therapy, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a collaborative, client‑focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform high‑quality eyelash extension services, ensuring proper placement, adhesion, and safety standards for each client.
- Provide professional nail care treatments, including manicures, pedicures, hand and foot massages, and specialized nail art, adhering to the spa’s aesthetic standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations to understand individual preferences, skin sensitivities, and health concerns, offering tailored recommendations.
- Maintain a spotless work station by following rigorous sanitation and sterilization protocols for tools, equipment, and surfaces.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through continuous learning and participation in internal training sessions.
- Document all services rendered in the spa’s management system, tracking client histories and product usage for repeat visits.
- Assist in inventory management, ensuring that all supplies, consumables, and equipment are stocked and in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with other therapists and front‑desk staff to create a seamless, welcoming experience from check‑in to checkout.
- Participate actively in promotional events, workshops, and client appreciation programs to enhance the spa’s brand presence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in both eyelash extension and nail therapy, with a minimum of 6 months dedicated to each specialty.
- Female candidates only, as per client comfort preferences and spa policy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with precision, patience, and speed—qualities often described as “juju,” meticulous, and agile.
- Willingness to be based in Alam Sutera / BSD, with the exact location assigned by the owner.
- Commitment to a 1‑year contract, including participation in a mandatory pre‑employment training program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust and rapport with a diverse clientele.
- Flexibility to work a full‑time schedule: Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
