This role is pivotal in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and converting prospects into satisfied customers within the rapidly expanding EV market in East Java. Responsibilities
- Actively promote and demonstrate EV motor listrik and related electronic gadgets to potential customers at retail outlets, exhibitions, and on‑site visits.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, social media outreach, and networking events, maintaining a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Provide detailed product information, answer technical questions, and address customer objections with confidence and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the sales manager to develop weekly and monthly sales targets, then execute strategies to achieve or exceed those goals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels using the company’s CRM and sales management tools.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings, pricing trends, and consumer preferences to inform promotional tactics.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product specifications, safety standards, and emerging EV technologies.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and test‑drive sessions to boost brand visibility.
- Provide post‑sale support, ensuring smooth delivery, installation, and after‑sales service coordination.
- Continuously improve personal sales techniques by seeking feedback, attending workshops, and staying up‑to‑date with industry developments.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 35–40 years (flexible for exceptional candidates).
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales of electronics, gadgets, automotive, or leasing products.
- Strong communication skills, honesty, and a high degree of loyalty to the organization.
- Proficiency with communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps) and customer‑relationship management (CRM) software.
- Analytical mindset for interpreting sales data and generating actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to work the standard schedule of 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening events as required.
