In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between our cutting‑edge PayLater product and the end‑user, helping shoppers understand and seamlessly use the service in physical stores.

Responsibilities
- Actively promote the Indodana PayLater product to store customers, highlighting its benefits such as interest‑free installments and flexible repayment options.
- Demonstrate the step‑by‑step process of enrolling in and using PayLater, ensuring customers feel confident throughout the transaction.
- Assist shoppers in completing their purchases using PayLater, providing on‑spot support for any technical or procedural questions.
- Maintain accurate daily logs of customer interactions, sales conversions, and feedback to help refine marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with store staff to arrange strategic product placement and visual merchandising that maximizes visibility.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the PayLater user base.
- Conduct brief product trainings for store employees, empowering them to answer basic inquiries and reinforce brand messaging.
- Monitor competitor promotions and market trends, offering insights to the corporate team for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Age between 19 and 30 years old.
- Open to all genders; we value diversity and inclusion.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; prior exposure to fintech or payment solutions is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, confidence in public speaking, and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with basic data handling and sales tools; familiarity with large‑scale data (Data Besar) is beneficial.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working in both store and field environments.
- Flexibility to work seven days a week, with shifts from 10:00 to 20:00, including weekends and holidays as required.
