Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Marketing Mobil to join our expanding team in Banjarmasin. This role focuses on building and nurturing a network of Business Agents (BA), agents, and partners who can connect potential borrowers with auto‑collateral loan products. The ideal candidate thrives in a field‑based environment, possesses strong communication abilities, and is motivated by achieving measurable sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new Business Agents, agents, and strategic partners who meet the company’s profile criteria.
  • Develop and execute customized growth strategies for each BA to boost their productivity, loan origination volume, and long‑term loyalty.
  • Maintain regular, proactive communication with BAs, providing coaching, performance feedback, and market insights.
  • Coordinate daily activities with supervisors, operations teams, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless field operations.
  • Conduct on‑site visits and field inspections with BAs and partners to assess market conditions and resolve issues promptly.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators such as new BA sign‑ups, loan applications processed, and monthly revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local automotive financing market.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, especially concerning BPKB (vehicle ownership certificate) collateral handling.
  • Provide after‑sales support, helping BAs manage customer inquiries, documentation, and loan disbursement processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably within automotive financing or related financial services.
  • Strong affinity for field work and the ability to travel independently across the Banjarmasin region.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel motor vehicle and possess a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills; a natural networker who enjoys building relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly targets and adapt quickly to changing market dynamics.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and mobile communication apps.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; age is not a limiting factor.
