This role focuses on building strong relationships with pharmacists and pharmacy owners, delivering product training, and driving adoption of our innovative application across a defined territory. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, tech‑savvy, and results‑oriented, with a proven track record in B2B sales within the healthcare or technology sectors.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target pharmacies within the Subang area based on proximity and market potential.
- Initiate and nurture professional relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy owners, and key decision‑makers.
- Conduct on‑site and virtual training sessions to demonstrate the features and benefits of the SwipeRx mobile app.
- Diagnose common user issues, gather feedback, and collaborate with the support team to resolve problems in line with established SOPs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting app adoption, upselling premium modules, and encouraging repeat usage.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports, highlighting competitor activity, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Participate in regional sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; further education is a plus.
- At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of mobile applications and a genuine enthusiasm for tech‑driven solutions.
- Prior exposure to the pharmaceutical supply chain or pharmacy procurement processes is highly valued.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for travel across the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to diverse audiences.
- Goal‑oriented mindset, capable of working independently while meeting strict sales quotas.
