We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals to join us as Staff Sales and Marketing for the Yamaha brand. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute local marketing campaigns to promote Yamaha motorcycles, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.
- Generate qualified leads through showroom events, community outreach, and social media engagement.
- Maintain an active presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to showcase new models, promotions, and customer stories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and test‑drive appointments, providing customers with in‑depth technical information and financing options.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by following up on leads, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure seamless after‑sales support and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and competitor intelligence for senior management.
- Assist in organizing dealership events, sponsorships, and community rides to increase brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong interest in marketing and the automotive industry, particularly motorcycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work toward and exceed sales targets.
- Own a motorcycle with a valid SIM C; personal mobility is essential for field activities.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software, and email etiquette).
