Introduction
Luwes Gentan is seeking an energetic and results‑driven Pemimpin Outlet to lead one of our high‑traffic retail locations. As the face of the outlet, you will be responsible for steering daily operations, fostering a customer‑centric culture, and driving sales growth in a competitive market. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the outlet’s daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store presentation.
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of sales associates, ensuring optimal staffing levels and performance standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, coordinate stock replenishment, and conduct regular loss‑prevention audits.
- Implement merchandising strategies that align with brand guidelines and boost impulse purchases.
- Analyze sales data and key performance indicators to identify trends, set targets, and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting routine inspections and training sessions.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to regional management.
- Collaborate with marketing and visual teams to execute promotional events and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a leader or supervisor in an outlet or retail environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, basic English.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in retail management systems and basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, POS software).
- Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, including occasional overtime during peak periods.
