Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales WiFi Specialist to cover the city and regency of Bekasi. This role focuses on expanding our high‑speed internet footprint through direct, door‑to‑door engagement with residential and small‑business customers. As part of a fast‑growing ISP market in the Greater Jakarta area, you will play a pivotal part in delivering reliable connectivity to thousands of households while driving the company’s revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door‑to‑door canvassing to promote and sell WiFi internet packages across assigned neighborhoods in Kota and Kabupaten Bekasi.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new customer prospects, turning leads into signed contracts.
  • Provide clear, customer‑focused product education, explaining service features, pricing, and installation processes.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining compliance with company policies and pricing structures.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the regional sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to schedule installations and resolve post‑sale issues promptly.
  • Participate in regular field training, performance reviews, and team meetings to continuously improve selling techniques.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates from a Marketing vocational program are welcome.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in ISP, WiFi, FMCG, or door‑to‑door environments.
  • Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills.
  • Active SIM C driver’s license and personal vehicle for traveling across the assigned area.
  • Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in the field.
  • Excellent time‑management, problem‑solving, and customer‑service abilities.
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and CRM applications for daily reporting.
