Introduction
We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our housekeeping team at our premier property located in the vibrant Kemang district of Jakarta Selatan and the adjacent Kemang Pratama site in Bekasi. As a key member of the operations crew, you will play an essential role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests and staff. Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable.
- Maintain public areas such as lobbies, lounges, fitness centers, and dining spaces, adhering to the hotel’s brand standards.
- Manage linen and laundry operations, including sorting, washing, ironing, and proper storage of towels, bed sheets, and guest amenities.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Replenish consumables such as toiletries, minibar items, and cleaning supplies, keeping inventory logs up to date.
- Follow established safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly to protect both guests and team members.
- Collaborate with front‑desk and maintenance teams to coordinate room turnovers and special guest requests.
- Participate in periodic deep‑cleaning projects, floor polishing, carpet shampooing, and window washing as scheduled.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate courteous, respectful interaction with guests and colleagues at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; candidates of any gender may apply.
- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive on‑the‑job training.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends (Monday – Saturday).
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 kg for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English is a plus.
- Location flexibility: candidates must be able to work at either the Kemang (Jakarta Selatan) or Kemang Pratama (Bekasi) sites.
