Introduction
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Front‑End & Back‑End Web Developer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a versatile developer who can design, build, and maintain modern, responsive web applications that serve a diverse range of clients—from corporate portals to e‑commerce platforms. Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring compatibility across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop server‑side logic and APIs with at least one of the following languages: PHP, Node.js, or Python, adhering to clean‑code principles and industry best practices.
- Integrate and customize content management systems, primarily WordPress, to meet client specifications.
- Manage relational databases such as MySQL, including schema design, query optimization, and routine maintenance.
- Configure web hosting environments, handle domain setup, SSL certificates, and oversee deployment pipelines to production.
- Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Apply basic SEO techniques and performance‑optimization strategies to improve page load speed and search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product owners, and QA teams to translate wireframes and functional specifications into functional software.
- Stay updated on emerging front‑end frameworks (React.js, Vue.js) and back‑end frameworks (Laravel, CodeIgniter) and propose their adoption when beneficial.
- Document technical solutions, maintain project documentation, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web projects such as corporate sites, school portals, landing pages, e‑commerce stores, or custom web applications.
- Fundamental web development skills: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
- Proficiency in at least one back‑end language: PHP, Node.js, or Python.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Solid understanding of MySQL or equivalent relational databases.
- Knowledge of web hosting, domain management, SSL implementation, and deployment processes.
- Bonus skills: Laravel, CodeIgniter, React.js, Vue.js, Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, basic SEO, and website performance optimization.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
