We are seeking a motivated Staff Counter to join our dynamic team in the heart of Jakarta Pusat. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, manage the queue, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Process cash, credit, and electronic transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Maintain up‑to‑date counter logs, daily sales reports, and inventory records in Microsoft Excel.
- Answer phone calls, respond to email enquiries, and provide product or service information in a clear and helpful manner.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, price tags, and signage to keep the counter area visually appealing.
- Collaborate closely with the sales, logistics, and finance teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and replenish counter supplies (e.g., receipt paper, forms, promotional flyers) to avoid service interruptions.
- Ensure the counter area complies with hygiene, safety, and company branding standards at all times.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current with product knowledge, system updates, and customer‑service best practices.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer concerns and suggest process improvements.
Requirements
- Male candidates only (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; prior experience in a similar counter or retail role is preferred.
- Clear vision – candidates must not wear glasses while on duty.
- Strong teamwork orientation and the ability to cooperate with colleagues across departments.
- Well‑presented appearance, honesty, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Basic computer proficiency, especially with Windows OS and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and time‑management skills.
