Introduction
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Barista Profesional Penyaji Kopi Spesial to join our bustling coffee shop. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee beverages, including espresso, pour‑over, cold brew, and latte art, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipe standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked workstation, following health and safety regulations at all times.
- Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, answering questions about coffee origins, brewing methods, and menu items.
- Handle cash transactions, operate the POS system, and reconcile daily sales reports accurately.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and placing orders when necessary.
- Participate in regular training sessions on coffee brewing techniques, product knowledge, and customer service best practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during peak hours, especially from 07:00 to 17:00, Monday through Sunday.
- Uphold the brand’s visual standards by maintaining a tidy display, proper signage, and a welcoming ambiance.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client.
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a barista in a high‑volume coffee shop or café.
- Strong ability to adapt quickly to fast‑paced environments and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
- Honesty, reliability, and a “no drama” attitude—candidates must demonstrate integrity and a straightforward work ethic.
- Good personal grooming and a presentable appearance; a friendly smile is a plus.
- Willingness to take responsibility for personal meals and expenses during shifts.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English to serve a diverse clientele.
- Passion for coffee culture, with a desire to continuously learn about new brewing methods and bean origins.
