Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Social Media Specialist (KLI-24) to join our growing marketing team in Malang. This senior‑level position blends creative storytelling with sharp business acumen, empowering you to turn the company’s vision into compelling digital experiences across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. As a key driver of brand awareness and conversion, you will own the end‑to‑end content lifecycle, from strategic planning to performance analysis, ensuring every post aligns with our growth objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Execution: Design, implement, and continuously refine multi‑platform content strategies that boost brand visibility, follower engagement, and lead generation.
  • Creative Selling: Produce hard‑selling content that feels authentic, leveraging innovative formats (short‑form video, carousel posts, interactive polls) to increase conversion rates.
  • Storytelling & Content Flow: Craft long‑form narratives, mini‑dramas, and serialized storytelling series that keep audiences hooked from start to finish.
  • Performance Analysis: Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, click‑through, and ROI; generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights for optimization.
  • Trend & Algorithm Adaptation: Stay ahead of platform algorithm updates and emerging social trends, integrating them quickly into the content pipeline.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high production standards, ensuring visual consistency, brand voice alignment, and compliance with legal and copyright guidelines.
  • Community Management: Monitor comments, DMs, and mentions; foster positive relationships with followers and promptly address any crisis situations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, product marketers, and sales teams to synchronize messaging.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with relevant micro‑ and macro‑influencers to amplify reach.
  • Content Calendar Management: Maintain an organized publishing schedule, ensuring timely delivery of all planned assets.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience managing social media for brands, preferably with a portfolio demonstrating measurable growth.
  • Strong grasp of social media marketing theories such as Marketing Funnel, AISAS, and the 5R Fundamentals.
  • Hands‑on experience with campaign management tools, digital advertising platforms, and media optimization software.
  • Creative mindset combined with a results‑driven attitude – “creative for business.”
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate ideas across cross‑functional teams.
  • Analytical proficiency – comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Adaptability to fast‑changing trends and algorithm updates.
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Preferred residence in Malang, Indonesia, or willingness to relocate.
