Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities, including order processing, contract preparation, and follow‑up communications with schools and educational institutions.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, manage databases, and generate regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and courteous responses while demonstrating deep knowledge of our educational products and services.
  • Organize and lead product presentations and public‑speaking sessions for teachers, administrators, and parent groups, showcasing the benefits of our curriculum solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials that align with the latest trends in early childhood education.
  • Assist in the preparation of training workshops for sales staff, ensuring they are equipped with up‑to‑date product knowledge and effective communication techniques.
  • Monitor inventory levels of educational kits and learning resources, coordinating with procurement to avoid stockouts.
  • Provide detailed post‑sale support, gathering feedback, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and professionalism, especially during peak enrollment periods.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, contribute ideas for process enhancements, and support a collaborative, positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Female candidates, minimum age 25 years.
  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Strong public‑speaking ability and confidence presenting to diverse audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly, cheerful demeanor with a genuine passion for education and children.
  • Proven capability to work meticulously under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Basic understanding of early childhood education concepts and child psychology.
  • Demonstrated teamwork orientation and sound judgment in collaborative settings.
  • Willingness to undergo multiple selection stages and comprehensive training programs.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, report generation, and document management.
