Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers, answering product queries, and resolving any complaints with professionalism.
- Implement visual merchandising standards to keep displays attractive, organized, and aligned with promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with suppliers and coordinate reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Train and mentor new staff members, fostering a team‑oriented atmosphere that emphasizes reliability and initiative.
- Monitor store cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Generate weekly sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and suggest improvements to senior management.

Requirements
- Female, maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and confident demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
- Prior experience in retail (preferred but not mandatory); a willingness to learn quickly is essential.
- Honesty, integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Discipline, responsibility, agility, and a proactive, initiative‑driven mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, learn new store management systems, and maintain a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Basic proficiency with store management software and point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
