Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join our growing organization. Responsibilities

  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment efforts, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for all levels of the organization.
  • Design and implement performance management systems, ensuring regular feedback, goal setting, and career development plans.
  • Oversee employee relations, handling conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a respectful workplace culture.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, conducting market analyses to keep the company competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations, maintain accurate HR records, and prepare necessary reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives, including leadership workshops, compliance training, and skill‑building programs.
  • Utilize HR analytics to measure key metrics such as turnover, employee engagement, and hiring effectiveness, providing data‑driven recommendations.
  • Partner with department heads to identify workforce planning needs and support succession planning.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative HR practices and technology adoption.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a HR managerial or senior HR role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
  • High degree of honesty, integrity, and accountability in all professional interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Resilience under pressure with a track record of meeting tight deadlines.
  • All educational levels are considered; a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and basic data analysis tools.
