Responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly, present menus, and answer inquiries about dishes, beverages, and daily specials.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using POS systems, relay them to the kitchen and bar, and ensure timely delivery to tables.
- Monitor table status, replenish utensils, napkins, and condiments, and maintain a clean and organized service area.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining sections, including arranging chairs, tables, and décor according to restaurant standards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to coordinate smooth service flow during peak periods.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with professionalism, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations, performing routine cleaning of service stations and participating in regular sanitation checks.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash registers accurately.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefings to communicate feedback and improve service quality.
- Continuously update knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and seasonal promotions to provide accurate recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate degree or higher) in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
- Age: Up to 30 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in food and beverage service; 1‑5 years is considered a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work quickly, accurately, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in the work area.
- Strong discipline, reliability, and a proactive attitude toward teamwork and independent tasks.
- Willingness to be placed at any restaurant under the PT. Casa Boga Indonesia umbrella.
- Availability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional weekend or holiday shifts.
