  • Prepare all necessary auction documentation, including catalogues, registration forms, and compliance checklists, in line with company procedures.
  • Coordinate logistics for auction events, such as venue selection, security arrangements, and the safe transport of items.
  • Monitor live auction results, verify transaction records, and reconcile them against the pre‑auction inventory.
  • Compile comprehensive post‑auction reports for senior management, highlighting revenue, unsold items, and lessons learned.
  • Maintain strict adherence to local regulations, industry standards, and internal SOPs throughout the entire auction lifecycle.
  • Ensure the security and proper storage of auction items before, during, and after the event to prevent loss or damage.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior staff on auction procedures, data entry, and customer handling.
  • Continuously seek process improvements to enhance auction efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and increase realized values.

Requirements

  • Age not exceeding 35 years; gender neutral.
  • Basic understanding of pawn‑shop business models and auction mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical skills for market price assessment of electronics, vehicles, and other collateral categories.
