Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus with a friendly demeanor.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders, answer menu‑related questions, and make recommendations based on daily specials.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes, while monitoring order accuracy.
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, checking back with guests to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
  • Handle payment transactions, process credit card authorizations, and issue receipts in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing silverware, and ensuring proper table settings.
  • Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards, performing regular checks of workstations and reporting any hazards.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow servers, hosts, and management to achieve smooth floor operations and a cohesive team spirit.
  • Participate in pre‑shift briefings and post‑shift debriefs to share feedback and continuously improve service quality.
  • Upsell promotional items and loyalty programs to enhance guest experience and increase restaurant revenue.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Male candidates are preferred, reflecting the current staffing balance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude and clear, courteous communication.
  • Demonstrated reliability: punctual, honest, detail‑oriented, and accountable for personal tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues during peak service periods.
  • No prior restaurant experience required; fresh graduates and entry‑level applicants are encouraged to apply.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with scheduled shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage service etiquette is a plus.
