Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the barista team to learn and consistently apply all service standards and basic bar techniques.
- Prepare espresso‑based drinks, pour‑overs, cold brews, and specialty beverages according to precise recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workstation, ensuring all equipment is calibrated and well‑maintained.
- Engage customers with friendly, knowledgeable service, answering questions about coffee origins, roast profiles, and brewing methods.
- Demonstrate reliability by arriving on time for shifts scheduled Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Show consistency, dedication, and proactive initiative in daily tasks, including inventory checks and stock replenishment.
- Participate in regular training sessions to deepen product knowledge and improve latte art skills.
- Develop leadership potential by assisting senior staff in managing peak‑hour flow, handling cash transactions, and resolving minor service issues.
- Adhere to health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both staff and guests.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Open to all candidates; no maximum age limit.
