Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Force Representative to join our growing team in Nganjuk, Jawa Timur. This role is pivotal in expanding our dealer network, strengthening relationships with existing partners, and driving the adoption of our digital sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning the nuances of online sales, possess a strong sales mindset, and be ready to work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external dealers.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and nurture existing Dealer Cooperation Agreements (PKS) to ensure long‑term partnership success.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new dealers, securing fresh PKS agreements in line with company growth targets.
  • Educate dealers and channel partners on product features, promotional programs, and the proper use of the self‑service purchase order (PO) system.
  • Coordinate daily with the Section Head of Motor at the branch to align sales strategies, share market feedback, and resolve operational issues.
  • Conduct regular field visits using a personal motorbike, demonstrating a hands‑on approach to relationship building.
  • Track sales performance against targets, prepare weekly reports, and propose actionable improvements.
  • Stay updated on digital sales tools, e‑commerce trends, and emerging market opportunities within the region.
  • Provide timely support for dealer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 21 years.
  • Education: At least a Diploma (D3) or equivalent; high school (SMA/SMK) graduates are also considered.
  • Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and an operational motorbike.
  • Proficient with Android smartphones and able to manage an active work phone number.
  • Strong desire to learn about online sales, digital marketing, and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Demonstrated sales and marketing orientation with a clear focus on achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity, resilience, and a “never‑give‑up” attitude.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing sales environments and client needs.
