We are seeking a dedicated Service Cleaning Professional to join our dynamic team in Padang. This full‑time position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule, providing essential cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned premises, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing of floors, furniture, and fixtures.
- Sanitize high‑touch surfaces such as door handles, light switches, countertops, and restroom facilities to meet health and safety guidelines.
- Manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, restocking as necessary and reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
- Coordinate with clients to understand specific cleaning requirements, address special requests, and ensure service expectations are consistently met.
- Document daily activities in a service log, noting any incidents, completed tasks, and areas that may need additional attention.
- Adhere strictly to the company’s safety protocols, including the proper handling of chemicals, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and safe operation of cleaning machinery.
- Assist in training new team members by sharing best practices and demonstrating proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, representing the company’s brand positively.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Preferably 0–2 years of prior experience in the cleaning service industry; however, motivated candidates without experience will also be considered.
- Residency in Padang or surrounding areas is highly preferred to ensure punctuality and reliability.
- Strong personal qualities: honesty, discipline, responsibility, and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning management, including the ability to plan and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning tasks for up to 9 hours per day.
- Excellent communication skills to interact courteously with clients and team members.
