Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and personable Assistant Sales Associate for our retail store and customer service team. This full‑time position is ideal for a young woman who is enthusiastic about fashion, enjoys interacting with customers, and thrives in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role involves welcoming shoppers, guiding them to the right products, handling transactions, and supporting store operations from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm, Monday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

  • Greet every customer with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
  • Assist shoppers in locating items, explaining product features, pricing, materials, and benefits.
  • Provide personalized product recommendations based on customer needs and current promotions.
  • Accurately process sales transactions, including cash handling, card payments, and issuing receipts.
  • Package purchased items carefully to ensure safe transport for the customer.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating unresolved issues to the store manager.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor by performing regular cleaning duties and restocking shelves.
  • Support inventory management by receiving shipments, labeling merchandise, conducting stock counts, and updating inventory records as directed.
  • Participate in periodic promotional events, visual merchandising updates, and seasonal product launches.
  • Adhere to the store’s schedule of two workdays followed by one day off, ensuring a total of 20 workdays per month.

Requirements

  • Female candidates aged 21‑26 years, unmarried.
  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Polished appearance and a neat, professional dress sense.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to speak warmly and clearly.
  • Honesty, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Prior experience as a waiter, sales clerk, or similar customer‑facing role is highly preferred.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing product lines, store layouts, and promotional campaigns.
  • Basic numeracy for handling cash and processing transactions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
