Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Shopkeeper – Manajer Toko Retail to join our growing team at the Sragen store. Responsibilities
- Oversee all front‑of‑house activities, ensuring the store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for every customer.
- Manage inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, placing purchase orders, and coordinating with suppliers to prevent stock‑outs.
- Handle cash registers, process transactions accurately, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Develop and maintain attractive visual merchandising displays that align with brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Schedule, train, and supervise store assistants, fostering teamwork and a high standard of customer service.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as sales volume, average transaction value, and customer satisfaction, providing weekly reports to regional management.
- Implement loss‑prevention measures, including regular audits and adherence to security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies, including those related to halal product handling.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Participate in community outreach programs and store events to strengthen brand presence in Sragen.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female, Muslim, aged 18–28 years.
- High school graduates with at least 0 – 2 years of retail or customer‑service experience (experience preferred).
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends (Monday–Saturday schedule).
- Not currently enrolled in any educational program and unmarried.
- Proficiency with store management systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to lead a small team, resolve conflicts, and motivate staff toward sales targets.
