Responsibilities
- Visit assigned neighborhoods in Simalungun to identify and engage women entrepreneurs who are classified as prasejahtera (low‑income).
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship covering basic bookkeeping, cash flow management, and disciplined savings practices.
- Facilitate group‑based micro‑loan disbursement without collateral, ensuring that loan terms are clearly understood and repayment schedules are monitored.
- Conduct regular follow‑up meetings to track business performance, resolve challenges, and adjust financial plans as needed.
- Organize and lead community workshops on topics such as budgeting, debt management, and the benefits of collective savings groups.
- Maintain accurate records in Microsoft Excel and Word, reporting progress to the regional office on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with local partners, NGOs, and government agencies to expand the reach of financial literacy programs.
- Listen actively to client needs, propose appropriate solutions, and act as an advocate for their economic advancement.
Requirements
- Female candidates only.
- Age between 18 and 33 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or S1 graduates are highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for social interaction and community building.
