Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly, manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, and provide clear information about spa services, facilities, and policies.
  • Assist guests in selecting appropriate treatments, upsell complementary services, and ensure accurate scheduling of appointments.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic reception area, including handling linens, towels, and product displays.
  • Process payments, issue invoices, and handle cash or electronic transactions with precision.
  • Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, employing problem‑solving skills to turn challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Coordinate closely with therapists, housekeeping, and management to guarantee seamless service flow.
  • Monitor inventory levels of spa products, replenish supplies, and report any shortages to the supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper disinfection of high‑touch surfaces.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new treatments, wellness trends, and customer service best practices.
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum D3/D4 education (associate degree or higher).
  • At least 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar hospitality or spa role.
  • Relevant hospitality background preferred, with exposure to guest services or front‑desk operations.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Guest‑oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining composure.
  • Professional, disciplined appearance and well‑groomed presentation.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of spa therapies and treatments (spa therapist skills considered a plus).
