We are looking for motivated and energetic individuals to join our sales force as a Sales Lapangan WiFi. In this role, you will be the face of MyRepublic, bringing reliable internet connectivity to homes, businesses, and public institutions across the region. This is a dynamic, field‑based position that combines door‑to‑door outreach, event‑driven promotions, and relationship building to help achieve our ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential customers in residential neighborhoods, corporate offices, schools, and other institutions.
- Present MyRepublic’s Wi‑Fi packages, demonstrating key features, pricing options, and competitive advantages over existing market players.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and assist customers with technical queries to ensure a clear understanding of service benefits.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact and needs assessment to contract signing and activation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activities using the company’s CRM system.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients, providing post‑sale support and handling any service issues that arise.
- Participate in local marketing events, community fairs, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the regional sales manager.
- Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams regarding customer preferences and market trends.
- Collaborate with the logistics and installation teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 45 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, any background in sales, retail, or customer service is advantageous.
- Key Skills:
- Customer needs assessment and relationship management.
- Effective communication and persuasive presentation abilities.
- Basic sales analytics and ability to track performance metrics.
- Proficiency with mobile sales tools and CRM applications.
