Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities, adhering to the company’s sanitation standards.
- Provide courteous front‑desk assistance, including greeting guests, answering basic inquiries, and directing them to appropriate services.
- Manage linen inventory, ensuring fresh bedding and towels are available for each shift.
- Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors to report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or supply shortages promptly.
- Support event setup and breakdown, maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after functions.
- Monitor and replenish consumables such as soaps, shampoos, and room amenities.
- Assist in waste segregation and recycling initiatives to promote environmental sustainability.
- Maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance at all times, reflecting the brand’s image.
- Participate in regular training sessions on safety protocols, customer service excellence, and cleaning best practices.
- Stay alert during early‑morning shifts, ensuring that the property is ready for guest arrivals before 8:00 AM.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age between 22 and 36 years.
- Female gender, unmarried, widowed, or divorced.
- Possession of a valid KTP (Indonesian Identity Card).
- Willingness to reside on‑site in the provided staff accommodation.
- Ability to start work early in the morning and maintain consistent attendance.
- Strong customer‑service mindset and basic communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks, lift moderate weights, and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling procedures.
- Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
