With more than 60 branches nationwide under the Grosir Mobil brand, the company is expanding its portfolio to include innovative solutions such as OtoSIP, ProperSIP, SIPServices, and SKP Mart. To accelerate its B2B expansion, the firm is seeking a highly motivated Corporate Business Acquisition Specialist for its Pontianak office. The successful candidate will act as a key player in identifying, negotiating, and securing strategic partnerships with corporate clients across the automotive, finance, and rental sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, focusing on the used‑vehicle, multi‑finance, banking, and rental industries.
  • Build and nurture long‑term strategic partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Conduct business outreach, deliver compelling presentations, and negotiate partnership agreements that deliver mutual value.
  • Expand and manage a robust portfolio of corporate accounts, continuously increasing the depth and breadth of relationships.
  • Perform market and industry trend analysis to inform acquisition strategies and keep the company ahead of competitive shifts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—marketing, product, finance, and operations—to ensure seamless onboarding of new partners.
  • Track, report, and own the achievement of revenue targets and key performance indicators related to business acquisition.
  • Travel mobile across the region as needed to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development initiatives.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1/D4) in any discipline; candidates with business‑related studies are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B or corporate marketing, with a strong track record of closing deals.
  • Extensive network and relationships within the used‑vehicle, multi‑finance, banking, rental, or related corporate sectors.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills, a hunter mindset, and a results‑oriented approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Willingness to work a mobile schedule, including weekends when required, to meet business development goals.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; age is not a limiting factor.
  • Availability to start as soon as possible and work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
